It’s the Vibe!

From a baby through whatever age there is a ‘vibe’ with others that we connect with. It manifest itself sensitively in you perhaps mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually or whatever. Hopefully that vibe is one of lovingness and not the negatives that so many carry by not resolving and converting them to a more positive vibe. Coming into this world from pre birth, it’s the mother’s vibe and experiences that set the journey to the train of life. One great thing about being a human being vs an animal is that we all have the wherewithal, especially in this technologically and informationally advanced world, to reinvent ourselves to a higher consciousness, and apart from liabilities.

Having not settled down into a family life, as my 5 siblings have, I chose and continue to, choose the life of a ‘free spirit’ while valuing heart felt love as the light on that path. Life lived with the ‘under-tow’s of the heavy current of the changing directions, is akin to hidden unresolved issues sweeping one into the endless struggle of the changing weathers from calm to stormy of the ocean of happiness and despair. It likely will consume most hope of reaching a state of joy and blissfulness.

The vibe is sacred! Even food gives off a ‘vibe’, especially when ‘going out’ to eat. To digress a bit on the vibe here, I like Mexican food, and at one time I considered opening one with a couple of successful partners in a NY Mexican restaurant. I got so good at sampling many Mexican restaurant’s food that I could even look in a Mexican restaurant window and ‘vibe’ how good the food would be! Another example are dogs, being popular, give out a ‘vibe’ as to their friendliness. Everywhere in everything, there is a ‘vibe’ of intuition likely from experience that dictates our response or reaction.

Finding a ‘vibe’ of someone can be a knack. Cultivate that knack if you’re not pleased with the vibes you spend too much time with. Try looking all around, trying to find the blissful, and the positive. Be filled with it, and in that moment forget everything. Open your heart and be filled with it. Be one with it. You will become fragrant with it as well as becoming more aware and discerning to a vibe that you want to be with.

Become friends with any negative thoughts and receive them as a thought to be accepted and analyzed for the virtues of that unrecognized hidden within. They are vibes for a reason. Avoiding all negative is not a positive approach. Being with an open heart and having a blissful vibe within you will guide your journey through all situations. Make life a great vibe!

To be ‘spiritual’ is to use your heart, common sense, awareness, and discernment while seeing that YOU and everything around you is NOT as it seems! The ‘spiritual experience’ is one of the mind and heart with its pearls of qualities such as truths, love, compassion, trust, sensitivities, etc,. The spiritual path is one not to use negatives to further your perceived desires. The path is always looking for truths and being the finder of them. The path of the ‘seeker’ is to rise out of the illusions into the ‘finder’.

In this changing modern world with ‘artificial intelligence (Ai)’ entering our lives everywhere we look, there are more and more controls, while personal freedoms are shrinking. Complementing the methods in use of ‘dumbing down’ people through fear and ignorance, they are primed to submit for control and manipulation by the fake elite. Both sides are ignoring the 7 Deadly Sins, and especially always being committed by those who seek personal benefits regardless of consequences to others.

Few understand the ‘brainwashing/dumbing down’ into Farm Animals (Sheeple) that is ‘step by step’ being implemented. Question, using logic and common sense to see the scam, AND Remember for a scam to be successful there HAS TO BE truth to it to cover up the lies. Exaggerate the small truth, and as Hitler’s Minister of Propaganda, Joseph Goebbels said, ‘tell a lie enough times and people will eventually believe it! Are you going down? Down into the sewer of mind control into just a body with little freedom of choices?

An earlier example of this were Medicine shows that were touring acts (traveling by truck, horse, or wagon teams) that peddled “miracle cure” patent medicines and other products and were common in the United States in the nineteenth century, especially in the Old West (They usually promoted “miracle elixirs” (sometimes referred to as snake oil), which, it was claimed, had the ability to cure disease, smooth wrinkles, remove stains, prolong life or cure any number of common ailments. Hmmm, could the same thing happen today only on a global level with different techniques of mind control?

Have a life affirmative philosophy with an open heart that encourages celebration, and meditation. This healthy, life affirmative attitude may well create a rainbow paradise for you. Always be aware that as a human vulnerable to misinformation, look for the scam not only on the outside, but see that it begins within. Keep the `three `L`s `, “Love, life, and laughter” as best friends to partner with.

Popsicles in the Sun

Using the wrong word today in the wrong place to the wrong person, the wrong way, etc., is likely to go over like a melting popsicle in the sun. Examples would be the ‘A’ word, the ‘B’ word, the ‘C’ word, the ‘D’ word, the ‘F’ word, the ‘G’word (gullible), the ‘H’ word, the ‘I’ word, skipping ahead, the ’N’ word, now ‘R’ word, etc. Another letter that seems under attack for misuse, sadly, is the ‘L ’word’!
‘Love’, or at least that which doesn’t stand the many trials of life, melts away sometimes in anger when seen that expectations were or not being not fulfilled. Life can be a sticky, endless situation to hide from the drip side of who you are. Time today to fess up to where all the obstacles in life are coming from, not to mention a healthy lack of solutions. Even the devil knows it’s you with clouds in the sky of your brain. Tell yourself, are you really happy in this challenging world? If it’s not a clear yes, then who better to fix it than you. You’re running out of time!
Breaking up needs to be with love and kindness instead of making it a sticky or traumatic abuse of love. The initiator of any breakup needs to use full acknowledgement of empathy and compassion. Love has its downside when allowed to sour with lack of attention, particularly with little help from those not adept at receiving and giving due to mental and heart roadblocks. Always come out of the shadows where the best of you is hidden waiting for discovery.
Getting high on stimulants rather than the love within, or with your partner, makes about as much sense as a
pregnant mother looking to get high on booze and smokes ignoring the negative
karmic effects on the unborn while later wondering where they came from. Not
rocket science, that more than one is being fed who will likely grow up with a predisposition to pass on the liabilities acquired so thoughtlessly. Imagine buying a new car with used parts for a discount that makes for recurring troubles while wondering what’s happenin’.
Sustainable inner happiness begins with putting the best things in the mix. The good news is anyone can fix whatever is wrong with today’s techniques and information, and they are free! Problem is, most of the troubled are too busy struggling in life to stay afloat of being caught between the marginal good times and the persistent dark times fighting for equal time. Usually with that is a lack of inertia to stop and look at what the problem is. Of course, ignoring that it’s them! A great piece of wisdom is in this Chinese proverb -“Learning is like rowing upstream: not to advance is to drop back.”

Love’s Value

There’s something in the way you used to roll your eyes that brings tears to my eyes all these years later. Love’s value is very high in the beginning, but often loses its energy in a short time. Have high love values for yourself and especially from whose love you have chosen to receive. Your love and it’s receiving are not a ‘fruit’ that deteriorates’ in a short time. Love is the energy that drives the world to its greatest health, as lack of it though causes the sadness in the conditions that we see all around us struggling endlessly to reach higher than it’s become conditioned and acceptant too.

Walking in to love is too often the beginning of troubles that cloud the heart and mind to rise above. The broken heart, as sad as it can be, is also an opportunity over time to heal, especially as you nourish your heart with the love that still lives within, but choose to be a fleeting memory that always seems locked in the day before.

Love is often undervalued and maybe falls to an obligatory love exercise. Each day we all need to recharge our spiritual battery, otherwise the light of our consciousness becomes dim, thoughts become fuzzy, and decisions are impregnated with doubt. There is comfort in the truth of love. Love is the best place to find yourself. Looking for happiness with out an open heart is like walking through a path of endless boulders. Without a heart that censors the negative we are faced in a world surrounded by one unrelenting obstacle after another.

Meditation connects us to both sources of power – that’s why meditation is the way to access the real vitamins and the minerals that spirit craves. The vitamin of pure love and the minerals of truth and wisdom are bequeathed to only the human. Love is like an invisible and free medicine. Love becomes a meditation when the barriers of the mind are let go of. Love lost is only the ‘love of’….that appears lost, but in fact the nourishment of the heart within is ever lasting making you more of a divine being.

Love that has fear in it, will be love that is ‘gone with the wind’ leaving the mental ashes to commiserate with. Like it or not, with NO excuses, everyone has/had the opportunity to break the dam holding back love energy to fill the heart continuously with an endless supply of that golden energy. Give a damn and open up the flood gates! It doesn’t matter whether you get the love back or you don’t get love back or the loved one is here or not here, you can love anyway and keep the kindness. You can always love someone even if they aren’t here in person. It’s really a joy and blessed life elixir to have. Cherish love!

Life has a continuing resume of your personal experiences. Life is not an empty parking lot. We each go through life with love of one, or maybe many. The first love likely was a parent or two starting with mom. From there, moments of love are fleeting, lasting ’til death is a parting, or serial loves lasting beyond the physical connection. In this modern world, many have loved more than one. Or, perhaps, as a partner once said to me on a walk to the Santa Monica cliffs over the ocean, ‘whomever you’ve been with, I’m the same one who is always with you’.

Having facilitated many different kinds of meditation techniques for clearing the mind of attached negatives and traumas, the greatest meditation with no less than the highest everlasting bliss is from two souls connecting and merging inside each other where you become one. You never keep things from yourself about your thoughts and activities, obviously. That same attitude is likewise in an authentic merging with a partner. If you are, and they are not, interested or committed to that, there is little hope in bringing a deep soul connection up to speed where there is not traction to that commitment.

Love is meditation. Meditation, like love, has little value if you are not willing and doing what’s going to open you wide. It’s like when I use to work out in gyms in NYC or Venice Beach, the majority gave little effort to working out, but called it a ‘workout’. Love goes to sleep with the best of intentions to keep it awake, but leaving your guard down will result in having the rug pulled out from under you, and the splendidness of a superconscious love.

Knowing a prospective partner’s past relationships for quality, be it a parent or romantic relationships, is imperative and a good benchmark for what to expect in all but rare cases.

Always, there are rare exceptions, if there is a focus and dedication even if it’s a ‘march into hell for a heavenly cause’. Meditation or love is an individual matter, and the commitment from the heart that continues to open is key. Always, there is no end to real deep love, and the beginning is always in the moment. Tune in, turn on and keep the heart open. Relationship yoga is to use everything as an opportunity to light the fires of love.

As a wisening woman friend told recently that she created this quote in her high school years, ‘’wisdom is the practical application of knowledge’’. I might add that it can become ‘knowing’, and let love be your guide into the arms of wisdom.

Clouds in your head!? No matter your situation, or how hard it might seem, ‘hope’ comes in degrees like ‘sunshine’. Make a decision to use that hope as best you can. Hope is the best chance of putting sunshine in even a little bit of hope. Always know that our ‘perception’ works many ways from fear to imagination to misperception, self criticism, and yet always seek doing a ‘walk on the rays of sunshine, visible or imaginary.

Everything comes with an answer or lesson and mostly not one to even notice except when in an exceptionally good position or the opposite. We are blessed to be here now, and need to be thankful for those who made it possible from mother to father and all support of family. They too had blessing and sometimes challenges that made it difficult to give you all they could. But, from what they had to give, be blessed for that. All we have is this moment, here and now. Be present for that’s why it’s called the present. Open each moment of the present and reach for the invisible hidden gifts of qualities within you.

Like all living creatures, we have the gift of instinct to be aware for survival, except that we have a mind and all the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual tools within to make it a higher experience. One of those with paying attention of awareness is discernment to choose the best of the possibilities for the greatest outcome. Humans have the gifts within of evolving to the higher unlimited spiritual blessings. We are ‘superconscious beings’ but trapped in a mind that allows itself, unknowingly, to be hypnotized into a more unconscious state that makes people essentially to become mind controlled (and really by owns own mind).

We are at the greatest moment collectively and individually for evolution into the lights of the most open hearts and skillful minds to navigate the challenges of life as an opportunity to find our best ways out of darkness into seeing a world that is almost a heaven on earth. The biggest obstacle you’ll ever face is ‘YOU’! We are each in Dante’s Inferno of Hell, Purgatory, and Heaven. Take any broken wings you may have and learn to fly again. Or as Jonathon Livingston Seagull said, in one of my favorite inspirational books, ‘This is a story for people who follow their hearts and make their own rules…people who get special pleasure out of doing something well, even if only for themselves…people who know there’s more to this living than meets the eye: they’ll be right there with Jonathan, flying higher and faster than ever they dreamed.’’ Enjoy your flight!

MANY words ‘supposed meanings’ have been so ingrained in the non questioning mind that they have been accepted as truth that is obvious, when instead most have been sold a ‘bill of goods’. Even Einstein said,”Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited. Imagination encircles the world.” Your brain is working well when you realize that knowledge is highly overrated. Question might be asked, is your knowledge KNOWING?

Knowing is far superior to knowledge which is sometimes worthless or just wrong. Hi IQ’s are great, but intellect and intelligence are quite different. Surely you’ve know people who are ‘bible smart’? Lots and lots of ‘wrong knowledge if you do the research! Knowledge can be ‘googled’ knowledge. The walking brain without common sense and a respectable degree of wisdom is like beauty – what else is there?

Wisdom and intellect are not very related. Knowing is…uh, with wisdom. To be able to laugh at the intellect is intelligence. Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid. Humans are all dumber than smart by infinite miles. Picture a circle and all knowledge from ‘google’ is inserted. Does anyone have more than a tiny sliver of that knowledge, and maybe a sliver of the sliver even.

Your greatest test will be how you handle people who mishandled you! That might be a boss, roommate, neighbor, an unexpected intruder, while being drunk, a potential fight or rape as well as a marriage or coupling that isn’t working well. Knowledge will be limiting, but the inner qualities of seeing who you are with qualities, or the lack thereof, can make a difference between a smooth response or one filled with fear and anger. Throw the books out at some point and realize you’re swimming on your own. If you choose to jump in the ocean, only do it if you’re qualified, otherwise stick to the wading pool, or position yourself harmoniously with what you can handle well, yet always look to advance your abilities.

Happiness is the truth and don’t forget that there’s something called ‘excitement’ – feel excited and if not, change directions to feel that most all the time! Wisdom is to see that within is a whole world waiting in darkness to make your life exciting and in full bloom. First, work on pulling the weeds of past trauma in learning from them. Did you make best decisions before encountering them. Find critical thinking as an asset. Be mindful and yet HEART-FULL. It makes the ‘ride of life’ more enriching.

Recently I learned, I had met a 19 year old girl a few years ago who had stayed at my Venice Beach ‘Yesss Meditation Center’. Since her happenstance locating me, and our recent reconnecting, many ensuing phone conversations have happened after 20 some years. This girl, now a successful Vancouver BC political analyst of 43, has recently confided in me, that as a naive girl on her first backpacking trip, which happened in Mexico, she was traumatically ‘scammed’ a couple of times. She, shortly after, showed up at my center. Apparently, regardless of my having forgotten, I had unknowingly helped her heal a bit from her then recent debacle. Part of her reason for diligently locating me was to thank me.

Like my ‘long forgotten friend’, few escape the unknown and/or unexpected experience of being ‘tricked’ into believing someone’s self serving agenda to exploit their gullibility to participate in something that is nothing but a method to selfishly benefit them. On a personal basis it can happen in a ‘love relationship’, or differently, as it did to me a couple of years ago, in a tenant refusing to payment monthly rents for reasons of selfish ‘entitlement’.

It’s a racket in any case and in worse case a Frankensteinian abomination that happens in politics sometimes aligned with economics, racism, the medical cult, media, even religion, or a ponzi scheme, etc. Abuse for control or profit happens in all kinds of mandates for control through fears and mind manipulation. In a sense, the perpetrator is a stalker of your obstructed freedoms from knowing the truth and being free. Evil sometimes slithers in looking like anything that’s good and safe and, sadly, often works. Are even doctors ‘indoctrinated’ by Big Pharma as well as their other overlords.

These ‘non do gooders’ are quacks, and in street talk,‘Shit disturbers’. These deceivers real danger is that they often believe their own lies. To go against their belief is very uncomfortable to them. Think of it as a ‘religious cult’ whose thinking goes very deep and they accept everything that profers their belief. If you are in the invisible cult and you begin to question too loudly, you will likely be ostracizes by those who don’t realize that they have become ‘stupidized and idiotize into dishonesty and harm to themselves and others. The con if accepted, can also cause the victim to unknowingly pass it on to others.

The methods in this hi-tech world to hornswoggle most of the populace, who as of yet, are still living in the simpler past, are infinite. Money and greed are friends for all but the few who value the spiritual life of loving themselves and others. Being awake and discerning is key.

Let every situation that appears ‘too good to be true’ become a time for a mental negotiation with reality to rise above the negative. If you have a feeling you’re being hoodwinked, always have contingency plans to avoid it in case your intuition is right. Life is a ‘jewel’, keep it safe and enjoy your blessings. Arhata~

Did he come from the Milkman? They did have stories about them when they were a part of American society. Anyway, part of one’s spiritual/conscious awareness is to let go of programming that, well is a block. One large one is how man has ruled most every aspect of the world for good and often for ‘no good’.

Recently we have been inundated with the fact that just regarding humans as male or female is an over simplification, and that there is a lot ‘in between’ such as people being both. One of the names used for that ‘element’ of human is the LGBT person (lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transexual)…perhaps there will be more by the time you read this? In many ways, it’s a good thing. This duality world where everything is black or white, male or female, good or bad needs a whole new ‘reboot’ to a ‘non duality’ world with many possibilities existing.

From the beginning of humanity, males, and male energy have always dominated for good, bad, and every thing imaginable. Who created a God in the sky? Named him our ‘father in the sky’? Who created all the religion scriptures of holy books? Man, man, man everywhere’ man’. Females being more necessary than men has been seriously considered, and yet they inherit the volatile ‘Mother Earth’ while males get the skies and entrance to Heaven (St. Peter guards the gates).

Even on a more mundane level we have the ‘mail man’ – why is that? Double your pleasure? Now we have ‘emails’ too! The female gets ‘fema’ camps’ (using fe and ma!). It’s time to look beyond all the good males have done, but also see the violence, destruction and murder that is 95% male. More and more males are not needed for we have ‘sperm banks’ readily available. The world, as well as the individual, needs a softer more spiritual energy to lift the clouds of darkness that float over all too much in lives needing more nurturing and bliss for a taste of ‘Heaven on Earth’. Just maybe this ‘Heaven’ is not guarded by St. Peter (what a phallic name!) but by a ‘Helen as a Gate to Paradise’, or in the truth of ‘non duality’ the real experience is without words of material imagination.

Love, and its deep wordless meaning is a portal to something we call God. Maybe we can only find the answer to that by finding the deep love within, and maybe it’s not even a ‘maybe’? Let go, and bliss comes for you and also consequently to bless all others.

The ‘Age of the Bonehead’ is upon us. And, it you think it’s directed at you personally, then you are one of the boneheads, or just maybe you are anyway, but the ego wants to stay away from admitting that. Being too busy to pay attention to inner and social evolvement has metastasized throughout the populace in favor of the flaccid idleness of serfdom. I’ve heard it said that turkeys are so dumb that when it rains and their mouth is open they may drown. An example of not paying attention and being informed to not take in too much rain!

Apathetic-ism is a form of ‘mind roadkill’. This is an example for millions who followed these victims in the past year or so. People were commanded by their ‘betters’ to wear a mask inside, and outside. They were then told not to wear one, then to wear one, then to wear two, and people did. The controllers told them to get the vaccine because it would protect them, that the shots would make them free again, and they took the shots, but then immediately afterwards the elite told them that while they were now immune, they still had to wear a mask because…Well, science or something? It was never quite clear. Yet the sheeple eagerly did so. They got bait and switched, and the sheep were satisfied with the switch part.

In spiritual language the Indian ‘gurus’ do similarly to followers sometimes, what is called ‘shearing the sheep’. In their own way, the elite want to shear the sheep of self-respect, and the sheeple line up not that most are not wonderful people, but easily convinced by authority like people. They are told that they must accept personal responsibility for the slaves they never owned, and that they must therefore be accountable to people who were never slaves. And they obey, joyfully competing to most completely abase themselves, shedding their history and their dignity, and trading it away for the chance to be further disrespected and disenfranchised for the sin of having their great-grandfather come from the wrong continent.

Life on the planet now is one of ‘gaslighting’ technology and artificial intelligence (Ai) necessitating all humanity to re-examine their habits, demeanors, and skills at coming on board to the new reality so as not to be a ‘clog in the wheel’s inner and outer development to enter a superconscious world as a growing superconscious being. Question everything of the old, as well as ‘major media’ hoopla, and what the agenda is. It’s safe to bet that you are not a beneficiary, unless well informed and in action!
