Why be a hypothetical villain of your own imagination? Are we living under a chokehold? ‘Give me liberty or give me death’ is a famous quote from Patrick Henry’s speech in 1775. Can America breathe like it once did. Do we have to live in fear of what we say, further triggering ‘breath supremacists’ controllers to use the mainstream media as if it’s God’s spokesman? Indoctrination doesn’t just begin with ‘the shot’ that was complicit with the BLM, Antifa, and other violent pseudo peace groups propaganda in closing down our cities while pumping up fear. Here in Portland downtown, it’s still shut down compared to a little over 2 years ago when I daily experienced about 4 times more passerbys of my free speech displays. It’s called ‘censorship of infinite of our liberties, and the continued destruction of our way of living.
Has it ONLY begun? How much more is being triggered in the ‘controllers desire to reduce the population to an alleged 500,000,000? The ‘real conspiracy’ is the government fueling this harbinger of doom as we are/were facing the best time in the history of earth for advancing personal and social evolution. Have humans been masked and railroaded into a third world status, but for the elite who have the brains of greed & avarice?
The outer life surely is important, but with no focus on your inner growth into a positive spiritual life above the negatives that come out of the dark, and perhaps some of them are habits we have become friends with, while not letting go of them. Life becomes like a caged gerbil rodent on a rotating hamster wheel. A conscious decision to get off the ‘wheel’ and turn life into the light is focusing on optimistic and sensitive thoughts
The problem with most is that they haven’t flushed away ‘brain plaque’ and let go of brain inflammation of unnecessary attached to memories. With so many choices and decisions, so many demands from people and events, in our modern fast changing world, it’s a real challenge to ‘keep it simple’. Most need to incessantly repeat daily that ‘my life can begin to flow in ever more positive directions. Such a light and easy approach to life enables me to take everything in my stride’.
Making it simple means making things easy and clear. Remember KISS, or ‘keep it simple stupid’. The magic wand to wave over your life is ‘planning and prioritizing’. Make plans, long and short term and then prioritize meaning making the best choices possible. Then practice taking one thing at a time, so you can have one thought at a time, with some space before you have to have your next thought. But don’t get attached to your plans or priorities. Be flexible (easy) and yet focused (clear) and in this way you can teach yourself to think simply and act simply. In the Hindu culture there is an expression – Sat-chit-ananda indicating ‘limitless conscious existence’.
