Duality is a Bog

Two gunfighters arguing means one or both could be dead. Dueling is of the mind and the mind is contentious. Awareness is dulled and cannot exist with duality, and mind cannot exist without duality. Awareness is non-dual, and mind is dual. To be non duality is to forego the old ways programmed into humanity. Duality is ‘bi-polar’ when ‘non duality’ is non polar. Going outwards is the world of duality while going ‘inwards’ is the world of non duality. When you are an ‘I’ duality exists in the separation from the ‘you’ or other. Divide to conquer! Man/woman, negative/positive, dark/light, thought/feeling, right/wrong.
Divided is to remove yourself from the heart. Your energy will go downward as against ‘upward’ when you are one with the heart and mind in awareness. To be one is to move upward, to be two is to move downward. Duality is the way to be bogged down in a mental quagmire, or swamp infested with the mosquitos or conflicts of the mind. The ‘ecosystem’ of the heart’ is a purifier of the mind.
The world is ‘divided’ where ever you encounter it as in politics and religions which put the world into a control of the mass minds, and even among the so called ‘educated’ of the mind. The world has become a cult or separate cults of manipulation, domination, and control. Simplicity is sold under the banners of ‘right and wrong’, yet we have a legal system that fight’s duality, but itself is guided by duality as its objective. Why get bogged down in the division of this or that when in fact upon deeper examination, particularly from the heart and common sense, the view is much clearer sinking the dualities into the muds of irrelevancy.
The mind tries to pull you into the ‘quicksand’ of someone else’s agenda that is dualistic thinking. At that point, you get stuck in the middle of division that is the minds illusion. The mind of dualism is deeply entrenched in keeping it’s thinking that way and will resist looking at the many possible facets of a subject. Dualists, which is pretty much everyone, live in a box of worship or protection of the ego while those not in that box, even properly, are in another box that essentially is ‘hell bound’. This is all learned from ‘elements’ of society with an agenda. You are not suppose to think so you can be mindlessly controlled with no critical thinking.
Ask a ‘non dualist’ are you this or that, and expect no this or that answers. Frustrated you might ask if they are male or female? The answer will be both together and neither. A non dualist sees all possibilities, and beyond male or female. Life is only in a deep meeting or merging. A communion within.
